    2.2. The products on offer in the website, are naturally subject to wear. The lifespan of a product is partly dependent on the material of the product, the intensity of use and the level of care. The products of oKidz are made from the materials listed in the website. For optimum lifespan and quality, it is important, where necessary, to follow the washing instructions.

    2.3. Prices for our products are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

    2.4. Our products are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product at any given time.

  3. Ordering and Payment

    3.1. When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion.

    3.2. Payment for your order is processed securely through our trusted payment gateway, Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions. You authorize us to charge the total order amount to your selected debit or credit card.

  4. Shipping and Delivery

    4.1. We will make reasonable efforts to ship your order within the specified timeframe, and as smoothly and quickly as possible. However, we are not responsible for any delays or errors caused by third-party shipping carriers.

    4.2. Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by you and via the means of delivery chosen by you.

    4.2. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with international shipments.

    4.3. oKidz takes great care to ensure that products are shipped accurately and in full. Should you unexpectedly receive incomplete or damaged products, please contact us.

  5. Returns and Refunds

    5.1. You have the right to terminate the agreement within 30 days after receipt of all the products in your order, without giving any reasons for doing so. You can use your right to terminate the agreement by sending us the completed return form, but this is not required. You can also inform us in any other unambiguous way that you wish to terminate the agreement (for example by e-mail). More information about return options can be found on the Returns section.

    5.2. If you choose to terminate the agreement as far as a particular product is concerned, you are required to return this product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after receipt of all the products in your order, to the address as stated in the Returns section. The direct costs of the return shipment of the product to oKidz are for your own account.

    5.3. In case of termination within the meaning of Article 5.1, oKidz refunds the amount paid for the product in question (excluding any paid delivery charges) immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days after receipt of the notice that you wish to terminate the agreement, but not before oKidz has received the returned product in question or you are able to prove that the product has indeed been returned. If, when placing your order, you chose a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery used by oKidz, we will not refund any extra costs resulting from this upon termination of the agreement.

    5.4. The termination right within the meaning of Article 5.1 is meant to determine if the product is suitable and if you indeed want the product. It is permissible to use the product as far as necessary to verify whether or not you actually want the product, just like you would do in a retail space. Further use of the product, such as wearing the product in a public space or any other actual use, affects your termination right as set out in more detail in Article 5.5.

    5.5. When you return a product that you have damaged, has been washed, the labels have been removed, a product is incomplete or a product contains other signs of wear which show that you have used the product more extensively than permitted under Article 5.4, you are liable towards oKidz for the decrease in the value of the product caused by you. oKidz will deduct this decrease in value from the total amount to be refunded to you.

  6. Intellectual Property

    6.1. All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of oKidz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

    6.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  7. Limitation of Liability

    7.1. Disclaimer: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the use of our website and the purchase and use of our products.
