Sizing Recommendations for Your Dog Halloween Costume:

The small size is suitable for smaller and medium-sized breeds. It sticks out approximately 9″ (23 cm).
The large size is suitable for medium-sized or large breeds. It sticks out approximately 10″ 1/2 (27 cm)

The elastic will stretch enough to go around your dog’s legs. You can choose to put the left elastic on the left leg and the right on the right leg OR you can criss-cross the elastics to that the fin fits more firmly, depending on the size of your dog.
